Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Property Lawyer, based in Brisbane, QLD, with some flexibility to work from home. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and advising on property transactions, preparing and reviewing legal documents, performing due diligence, and representing clients in negotiations. You will collaborate with a dynamic legal team, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining professionalism and achieving client objectives. This role requires balancing client-facing tasks with legal research and documentation preparation.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Property Law, including experience with property transactions, leasing, and conveyancing
- Strong legal research, drafting, and document preparation abilities
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and advisory skills
- Effective communication and client relationship management
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Admitted as a Lawyer to practice in Queensland
- Demonstrated experience in commercial or property law practice
- Familiarity with Australian law and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with legal practice management software is a plus
